Update (04/09/09) - Greg has lost 6 pounds, lost 3.9% body fat and reduced his waist size by 1 and 5/8". Greg has recruited his wife to workout with him, too.

Update (1/20/09) - Linda is working out 4 to 5 times per week and has lost 7 pounds, reduced her waist size by 5 and 3/4" and lost 5.7% body fat. She is going to be setting a date to quit smoking soon.
Update (04/06/09) - Jenny has been working out twice per day and has seen great strength improvements in her sugically repaired knee. She has lost 7 pounds, 5 and 1/4 " in waist size and 4% body fat.
